A late Victorian satinwood, marquetry and gilt-metal-mounted dwarf display cabinet, decorated with harewood spandrels, bellflowers, ribbon-tied swags and paterae, the rectangular moulded top with a shelved mirror-backed superstructure of stepped form, with urn-centred pediment cresting, the shelf with a spindle-filled gallery, the lower section with a fielded panelled door centred by a musical trohpy, between Ionic pilasters and two glazed doors flanked by reeded columns, the plinth raised on toupie feet -- 66in. (168cm.) wide, 16½in. (42cm.) deep, 72in. (183cm.) high.
