The serpentine upper section with central foliate cresting, above a pair of central glazed doors flanked by further glazed doors and sides each with a vernis Martin panel depicting amorous couples, over a wavy frieze set with three drawers, the angles applied with trailing foliage and acanthus clasps, above a recessed bombé cupboard door with an ormolu-moulded vernis Martin panel painted with figures on horseback, flanked on each end by a parquetry-inlaid shelf recess, on espagnolette-headed cabriole supports, the mounts variously stamped ZS, one lock stamped VF/PARIS over crossed keys
