A Meissen dark blue ground plate
painted to the centre with Europa and the bull attended by two winged putti above waves, within seeded gilt roundel and a two-tone gilt band of flowerheads below bands of scrolls and leaves, the rim with a beaded gilt band, titled Europa nach Boucher, blue crossed swords mark, Pressnummern 56 and 8 -- 20cm. diam., 19th century (rim severely reduced)
