A Meissen figure of a girl feeding hens
Circa 1750, faint blue crossed swords mark, impressed 13
Wearing a headscarf and yellow bodice, flowered apron and blue skirt, scattering seeds from a shallow oval basket, with a cockerel and hen and five chicks at her feet, the scroll-moulded mound base applied with flowers (damage and restoration)
4 5/8 in. (12 cm.) high
