A MEISSEN GARNITURE OF THREE VASES AND COVERS
Circa 1755, blue crossed swords marks
Of baluster form, molded with foliage and scrolls, applied with flowering branches and painted with flower-sprays, the shoulders with scroll and foliage-molded handles and each body with two scroll supports surmounted with a figure of a gallant or companion, on domed and spreading feet molded with further scrolls and foliage and painted with flower-sprigs, the high domed covers pierced, molded and painted with flowers and with flower finials
