A Meissen Hausmalerei gilt-metal mounted baluster coffee-pot and cover
Circa 1728
En suite to the preceeding lot, with gilt spout and S-scroll handle, painted with travellers in wooded landscapes and with a mother and her child in a horse-drawn cart, the cover with a figure on horseback and another being thrown from a horse, flanked by elaborate gilt strapwork and dot ornament (long chip to one side of spout, some very minor wear to gilt handle and finial, small chip to inside rim of cover)
