A MING-STYLE BLUE AND WHITE PEAR-SHAPED VASE, YUHUCHUNPING
qianlong seal mark and of the period

Painted in vivid blue tones with plantain and bamboo beside rockwork on a terrace above a band of ruyi-lappets, the waisted flaring neck with bands of trefoils, scrolling foliage and stiff leaves and a band of half-lotus-heads on the foot, shallow foot chip
