The Japanese dish Edo (Tokugawa) period; The stand circa 1865
Surmounted by a circular glazed panel, the dich depicting storcks and foliage on a blue ground within a foliate border, within a lambrequin frame, the pierced frieze with acanthus leeves, supported by three tapering legs, each headed by a medallion centred by a circular pierced lower shelf, centred by a flower, on three hoof sabot
