A pair of Berlin claret-ground cylindrical vases and domed covers, the finials formed as putti holding grapes, with ram's head handles and rings suspending applied swags of flowers on horizontal reeded bands below gadrooned sections, painted in colours with couples courting in gardens among loose sprays of flowers, the lower sections moulded with stiff-leaf bands, the feet supported by octagonal section bases (minor damages), blue scepter marks, impressed numerals, late 19th Century -- 18in. high
