A pair of Chinese blue and white flattened octagonal vases
with everted rims and moulded mask ring handles, painted with fishermen in boats and figures before pavilions in mountainous river landscapes, the reverses with coiled dragons chasing flaming pearls amongst cloud scrolls, the feet with sprays of bamboo -- 17in. (43.8cm.) high, 19th Century, metal rims, (one with crack to rim, fritting to both).
