A pair of famille rose ruby-back 'nine peaches' saucer-dishes, 20th Century
each with shallow rounded sides, supported on a short tapering foot, enamelled with a spotted deer looking above at a fruiting peach tree supporting a bird and a squirrel-monkey holding a twig beside a beehive, all amidst rockwork, lingzhi fungus and flowering branches with a bird, the undersides and footrim covered in a crushed strawberry tone glaze, iron-red six-character Guangxu mark -- 5 11/16in. (14.5cm.) diam. (2)
