KANGXI PERIOD (1662-1722)
Each well painted in famille verte enamels on two sides with a rectangular panel depicting a bird perched on a blossoming prunus branch and a camellia branch issuing from the side, reserved on a ground of gilt lotus scroll which also frames two smaller rectangular panels of flowering branches or bamboo painted in gilding, all below diaper bands on the shoulder and neck and all reserved on the powder-blue ground
