Lot Essay

Compare the smaller pair of famille verte lions, without the bamboo columns on the stands, but also with blue-decorated curls included in the exhibition, Famille Verte Porcelain of the Kangxi Period, Chinese Porcelain Company, October 13 - 20, 1994, Catalogue, no. 7.
