After Charles-Antoine Bridan, both shown naked and standing beside a tree stump, the young girl with her right hand to her face in distress, holding an empty bird's nest in her left hand, the boy looking down at the captured bird in his hands, both on integrally cast oval bases 8¾ in. (22.3cm.) high (2)
