A PAIR OF FRENCH ORMOLU AND BRONZE CHENETS
LATE 19TH EARLY 20TH CENTURY
Each supporting a putto, one holding a mask, the other a dagger, joined by a conforming fender, each section stamped '562', the chenets incised 'W'
The chenets: 18¾ in. (47.5 cm.) high;
The fender: 25¼ in. (64 cm.) long (3)
