Each with a classically clad maiden holding a foliate torch issuing three scrolled and foliate-cast candlearms with circular nozzles and feathered drip-pans, centrally joined by a feathered finial suspending a floral wreath from chains, each standing on a cylindrical pedestal with pierced foliate band and leaf-tip cast cuff, on a square plinth, each inscribed in black ink to underside '2982-32', with small holes to drip-pans previously hung with chains
