A pair of gilt metal mounted blue ground pottery vases
each baluster body applied with a gilt metal rim formed as a wreath of leaves, the footrim with a similar mount, the handles with swan's head terminals on a band suspending pendant swags below mythical winged beasts drinking from fountains, impressed numerals -- 39.3cm. high, late 19th century (wear, deterioration and possible restoration to mounts)
