in the Persian taste, the pear shaped bodies printed, painted and gilt with loose sprays of chrysanthemum, with lesser sprays to the reverse, below slender flaring necks applied with gilt handles, the rims pierced and moulded with leaves and flowerheads, shape 1024, puce marks, circa 1891 (slight wear) -- 33cm. high
