A pair of Sevres-style sectional porcelain and gilt-metal mounted candlesticks
Probably 19th century
The barley-twist porcelain shafts painted with spiralling entwined flower and foliage garlands, beneath gilt-metal capitals with scroll volutes, the gilt-metal feet bases with guilloche ornament, on square porcelain plinths with canted edges painted with borders of oak-leaves and mounted in gilt with foliage and on four gilt-metal bun feet
