A Persian carnelian agate three sectional bazu-band
19th Century
set in white metal mounts, each oval plaque carved in nasta'liq script within a further band of similar script -- 6¼in. (15.8cm.) long; another carnelian agate three sectional bazu-band, set in incised white metal mounts, each octagonal plaque carved with calligraphy -- 5¾in. (14.6cm.) long; and two carnelian agate pendants of oval shape, both carved with bands of calligraphy -- 17/8in. (4.8cm.) max. wide, (rubbing and old wear).
