Lot Essay

T.R.Poole (d.1821) is recorded as exhibiting at the R.A. in 1799 and 1800. He worked in Lambeth Street, Vauxhall, St.James St. and Piccadilly. He was apointed wax modeller to the Prince of Wales. The trade label on the reverse of The Rev William Borrow includes the Prince of Wales appointment details.
