A porcelain model of a seated poddle possibly Samuel Alcock, naturalistically modelled, turning to the onlooker, on a pale-yellow scroll -oulded gilt line mound base, impressed 312, circa 1840 (slight wear) -- 8.5cm. high; and another model of a poodle, recumbent, a dead game bird between its forepaws, on a pale-yellow rectangular mound base, circa 1840 (minor damages) -- 9cm. long See illustration (2)
