The tomato-red field with diagonal rows of stylised floral boteh and floral motifs, the linked hooked indigo spandrels similar, in an ivory meandering palmette and serrated leaf vine border between brick-red and mustard-yellow linked boteh and barber-pole stripes, a chequered panel at each end, selvedges rebound, slight loss at each end, negligible colour-run
