J & B Odell originally worked from Bond Street from 1800-1802 before parting, one then operated from several addresses including three in the Burlington Arcade. Interestingly, the address on this sword is for years other than 1827 when May & Annis suggest that because of new regulations there was some confusion resulting in the very few examples known of being made with a 'military' style hilt.
