A RED-OVERLAY 'SNOWSTORM' GLASS SNUFF BOTTLE
1760-1830
The bottle is carved through the deep-red semi-translucent overlay to the translucent, 'snowstorm' ground, with a continuous grapevine laden with heavy clusters of grapes and a katydid.
2 ¾ in. (7.1 cm.) high, glass stopper
