Baluster form, on domed circular foot, the everted rim with beaded border and twisted scroll handle and bright-cut spout, the domed cover with bright-cut border, the body engraved with monogram RM, marked on shoulder

Lot Essay

Elias Pelletreau's account book entry of 17 March, 1795, in the East Hampton Free Library lists a cream pot for widow Rebekah Miller of East Hampton/Bridgehampton. The account book records £3 6s for silver and £2 9s for fashioning.
