A SILVER HOT WATER JUG AND A LATE VICTORIAN SILVER CREAM JUG the former with maker's mark of Olivant and Botsford, London, 1911, the later with maker's mark of George Nathan and Ridley Hayes, Chester, 1899 The baluster-shaped hot-water on shaped-square foot and with curved spout, hinged domed cover and wood finial, marked beneath rim and on cover, the base stamped Olivant and Botsford, Manchester - 7in. (17.5cm.) high The helmet-shaped cream jug on circular spreading foot and applied with reeded body band, with curved lip and harp-shaped handle and engraved with a crest - 3½in. (9cm.) high gross 12ozs. (386grs.)
