the globular shaped body with upright square handles and on tapering cylindrical feet, decorated in relief with cockerels and hens amongst flowers below a band of lappets, the details in gilt, the cover with rabbit finial, impressed mark to base -- 6½in. (16.5cm.) high, (one handle damaged).
