A SMALL BLUE AND WHITE JAR
JIAJING SIX-CHARACTER MARK IN UNDERGLAZE BLUE WITHIN A DOUBLE CIRCLE AND OF THE PERIOD (1522-1566)
The well-potted jar is finely decorated in inky blue tones with lotus plants and water weeds set between double-line and ruyi-head borders encircling the shoulder and a petal-lappet border below, the neck is encircled by a band of key fret.
