The tapering cylindrical bowenite bowl resting in a gold tripod stand, on three raised beaded feet, with circular reeded stretcher, each surmounted by a rose-cut diamond-set harpie supporting the circular mount with a band of translucent red enamel over engraved ground incorporating a chased laurel wreath, with openwork spiked rim, marked inside stretcher
