QIANLONG UNDERGLAZE-BLUE SIX-CHARACTER SEAL MARK AND PROBABLY OF THE PERIOD (1736-95)
Of ovoid form, finely incised under the glaze with large lotus blooms and pods trailing around the sides, reserved on a geometric honeycomb-pattern ground, covered overall with an even white glaze
3 1/8 in. (7.9 cm.) high, wood stand

With Spink & Son Ltd., London; purchased (as Qianlong period) 28 November 1922 for 40 pounds.
