Circular, probably after a design by Rudolf Vilde, the centre painted with stylized flowers and foliage, the border inscribed in Russian 'Russia 1917-1921', the reverse with paper label attached, marked under base with masked Imperial factory mark, overglaze blue hammer, sickle and cog, and the date '1921'
