After the design by Alexandra Shchekotikhina-Pototskaya, depicting an accordion player on a balcony, the border decorated with ciselé gilt foliage and trees, marked under base with green underglaze factory mark and black overglaze Jubilee mark for the fifth anniversary of the State Porcelain Factory, inscribed in Russian 'After a dr.[awing] by Shchekotikhina.' and signed with initials ‘MK.', also numbered 'N 142/1'
