UNMARKED, PROBABLY FIRST QUARTER 18TH CENTURY
Engraved with panels centred by a rosette and surrounded by scrolling foliage incorporating birds' heads at front and masks on the cover, with drop-ring side handles formed as dolphins, the cover with clasp in the form of a lizard
4 in. (10.3 cm.) high; 5¼ in. (13.4 cm.) wide; 3½ in.; (8.9 cm.) deep
