satchel-shaped gold box, the panels on cover, base and rear-side enamelled in translucent green on engine-turned pattern of flower-heads within lattice-work, the lower part of the hinged cover decorated with a green enamelled panel simulating the clasp of a satchel with split-pearl borders, the curved sides gadrooned, the cover and base with black enamelled taille d'épargne border of acanthus
