Composite leather and brass bound, with leather handles and black, red and blue stripes to either end, fittings for a leather strap, mounted on casters, the interior lined in ivory linen, the padded lid studded with ribbon taping

The lock stamped '70. CHAMPS ÉLYSÉES PARIS LOUIS VUITTON LONDON, 149. NEW BOND STREET MADE IN FRANCE' and numbered '02516' the interior canvas stamped '735198'
