The shaped brèche marble top above two frieze drawers, above a pair of cupboard doors fitted with grillage and two adjustable shelves, the angles to the front with ribbon-tied laurel festoons, the spreading sides with fluted angles, on cabriole legs with scrolling acanthus mounts and sabots; the lockplate to one drawer engraved P. SORMANI/10 rue Charlot/Paris
