The domed top painted with a scene entitled THE MOUNTAIN SPRING to the lower right, the doors to the front and the sides with recessed cartouches with landscapes, the interior with fitted compartment above three drawers with mother-of-pearl handles, above a recessed folding velvet lined writing slope
