In the Renaissance taste, on sculptural tri-form base with three lions, the lions with strapwork forming the central stem decorated with wild masks, laurel, ovolo and festoons, the three terms above with drapery and holding bounties of harvest, the fluted columnar stem cast with ovolo and masks between, headed by similar spreading support, the circular basin-form top with ovolo border and with panels of classical allegorical scenes of the Arts and Sciences within strapwork, with strapwork and masks between on a striped ground, marked under base
