The shaped oval stand on four shell and scroll feet, the part-matted foliate scroll rims with two vacant cartouches, the ring supports with scroll columns, the central standard and open ring handle of conforming decoration, with seven cut glass bottles, four with silver or silver-plated caps and domed covers, marked on reverse, some caps variously marked
