Ovoid, on a domed foot applied with two mermaids and shells, the body chased on one side with a woman playing a musical instrument, with two handles cast as ship's prows, each supporting a cast figure of Neptune, with an eagle finial, marked on base and cover, the base further stamped 'WEST & SON'
