MARK OF THOMAS SMILY, LONDON 1872
The mount engraved with flowers and foliage and applied with three chained sprung legs, the glass bowl fluted and with applied silver-gilt beaded and scalloped rim set with integral pins, (possibly replacement glass) -- 4 7/8in. (12.5cm.)
