Cylindrical on spreading circular foot, engraved with an inscription, the body cast, chased and applied with the drunken Silenius astride a mule attended by satyrs, one embracing a goat, and with putti gathering grapes and restraining the mule, the handle in the form of a draped female figure emblematic of the Vintage, her left arm raised and holding a bunch of grapes, with detachable domed cover and seated putto finial, marked on foot, inside cover and on finial, the foot further stamped 'HUNT & ROSKELL LATE STORR & MORTIMER 9437'
