Of shield shape, painted after Wertheimer with the 'Kiss of the Wave' depicting a shipwrecked sailor being kissed by an alluring siren in a storm-tossed sea, the reverse with gilt foliate scrolls, flanked by pierced pistol handles suspending rose swags, on a conforming socle and square base
