CIRCA 1900, MARKED IN MANGANESE-RED WITH WEDGWOOD, ETRURIA ENGLAND, IMPORTE D'ANGLETERRE, IMPRESSED WEDGWOOD, MADE IN ENGLAND AND VARIOUS NUMERALS AND CHARACTERS
With purple transfer-printed floral decoration and insects, the border with basket-woven sections in slight relief, comprising: four two-handled quadruped tureens and covers, 26 cm. wide; a large deep bowl; four oval chargers, 25.5-44.5 cm. wide; an oval strainer; an oval tureen stand; a circular charger; three two-handled oval side dishes; twelve deep plates; sixteen plates, 26.5 cm. diam.; eight plates, 23.5 cm. diam.; twelve plates, 18.5 cm. diam.; an extra sauceboat and seven various plates decorated with the Purple Old Vine pattern, 20th century (some damages) (75)
Special Notice

Christie's charge a premium to the buyer on the final bid price of each lot sold at the following rates: 23.8% of the final bid price of each lot sold up to and including €150,000 and 14.28% of any amount in excess of €150,000. Buyers' premium is calculated on the basis of each lot individually.
