Perhaps Achaemenid, with a bull's head protome, the wide almond-shaped eyes with articulated pupils and irises below ridged and incised brows, the nose stippled, the pattern of the grooved ridges of the dewlap accented by the horizontal bands painted on the conical bowl, with a single handle in back and a flaring lip, the spout a protruding through the chin
