Circular, on spreading foot, chased with scrolling foliage, applied with a chamber stick with two pen rests, cast as foliage and flowers, with a cylindrical ink-bottle with detachable cover, the scroll handle with a butterfly finial and supporting a conical extinguisher, marked on base, extinguisher, foliage and ink-bottle
