A WORCESTER (BARR, FLIGHT AND BARR) TWO-HANDLED VASE AND COVER
CIRCA 1804-1813, IMPRESSED CROWNED BFB MARK TO BASE OF VASE AND UNDERSIDE OF COVER
With entwined richly-gilt snake handles and flame finial, finely painted with a tulip, sunflower, pink rose and red convolvulus reserved against a pale blue-ground rectangular cartouche, the ground painted in black and grey to simulate marble, within white beaded borders and gilt bands, supported on a richly-gilt square plinth (small chip to finial and footrim, slight wear to gilding)
