According to the vendor, ...this prototype was complete with hand layouts on inside cover, including title page, "Effective Pest Control"....the outside of this prototype was to production specs and was hot stamped on binding. The concept for this package came before the Action Pak [lot 27] however....the product never made it to market because of the cost involved in the maufacturing of the book portion...there was not enough margin to keep the product in proper retail range, hence the production of the Action Pak which contained the same components, but without the 'book' packaging. Very few of these products were produced....because there were liability issues with the projectile shooting pen that caused concern
