Comprising teapot, two handled open sugar basin and milk jug, each inverted pear form, on molded circular pedestal base, with applied die-rolled rims, with scroll handle, the waste bowl engraved To Captain Alexander Ryric, of the R.M. J. P. Acadia, in testimony of their Respect and Esteem, From his Passengers to Boston. Benj. Dewolf Fraser, William Whiteright Jr. and A. E. Hart. Committee. July, 1841 the teapot and milk jug engraved Alexander Ryric From his Passengers Acadia, July 1841; the teapot with paneled scroll spout, the hinged molded domed cover topped by ?silver-plated finial, the teapot--10in.
